Golai is warehouse software used by a company’s own staff at work. It is not a consumer app and it has no public sign-up: every account is created by an administrator at the company that bought the licence.
Golai is made and operated by DBBS. When your employer uses Golai, the records inside it belong to your employer, who decides who may see and change them. DBBS runs the service on their behalf.
Golai does not collect location, does not track you across other apps or websites, shows no advertising, and sells nothing to anybody.
To run your employer’s warehouse: to show the right screens to the right people, to keep a reliable record of what happened to stock and who did it, and to send alerts about work that needs attention. Nothing is used for any other purpose.
On Supabase, a hosted database and file service, encrypted in transit. Notifications are delivered through Google Firebase. Those two companies process data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own; they keep ordinary server logs as any hosting provider does. Each company’s data is isolated from every other company’s in the database itself, not merely in the screens.
Ask your company’s Golai administrator to see, correct or remove your account details — they can do all three from the Users screen. If you would rather ask us, or your employer no longer uses Golai, write to the address below and we will act on it or pass it to whoever holds the data.
You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s settings, and refuse or withdraw the camera permission the same way.
Golai is a workplace tool. It is not directed at children and not for use by them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you. Continuing to use Golai after that means the new version applies.
